We are building high-performance systems that handle massive data, real-time processing, and multiple external integrations. Now, we are expanding our engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable backend code using Python (Django)

• Build and manage Celery-based background jobs and queue systems

• Handle and optimize large-scale databases (100GB+) with proper monitoring

• Integrate and manage external APIs and third-party services

• Work with PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases

• Monitor servers, background workers, and database performance

• Collaborate with senior engineers on microservice-based architecture

• Use Docker and containerized environments in development and deployment

• Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and service-to-service communication

• Occasionally assist with frontend tasks when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience

• Strong expertise in Python (Django preferred)

• Practical experience with Celery, task queues, and async processing

• Experience managing and optimizing large databases (100GB+)

• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code practices

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Experience using Git for version control

• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to write efficient logic

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with message queuing systems

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Prior experience with microservices architecture

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Salary Range

• 30K to 50K BDT. (based on experiences)
