• Blogger: Uses Affpilot to write and auto-publish blog articles on their website.
• Affiliate Marketer: Uses Affpilot to generate and optimize content for affiliate product reviews.

10. Third-Party Services

Affpilot connects with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Google Analytics). These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their handling of your data.

11. Google API Data and Limited Use Policy

Affpilot uses the YouTube API Services to publish videos to a YouTube channel you connect. When you connect a channel you sign in with Google and give Affpilot one YouTube permission:

• Upload videos (youtube.upload): to upload the videos you choose to publish, with the title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy setting and publish time you set.

We also receive your basic Google profile (your name and picture, through openid and userinfo.profile) so the page can show which Google account is connected.

We ask for no permission to read your YouTube account. Affpilot cannot see your other videos, your playlists, your subscribers, your comments or your analytics — we removed that permission in September 2026 because uploading does not need it.

What we store. The sign-in keys Google gives us, encrypted before they are saved; for each video you publish, its title, description, schedule, status and the YouTube video ID and link; and the channel title YouTube returns in the upload’s own answer, so you can see where your video went. Nothing else from YouTube is stored.

AI disclosure. Videos made in Affpilot are presented by a synthetic (AI) presenter, so every upload is marked as containing synthetic media, and the video says so out loud.

How we use it. Only to publish and schedule the videos you ask us to, and to show you their status. The one time Affpilot deletes a video from YouTube is when you cancel a scheduled video in Affpilot before it goes live. Information we receive from YouTube is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with AI providers or anyone else, and not used to train models. No third party serves ads or sets cookies through this feature.

Who else sees it. Nobody outside Affpilot except Google itself and our hosting provider.

How long we keep it, and how to remove it. Until you disconnect the channel or close your account. Disconnecting deletes the stored sign-in keys and channel details straight away and stops any video still waiting to be sent; videos already on YouTube stay there. To also withdraw Affpilot's access from your Google account, use Google's security settings: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. You can also email support@affpilot.com and we will delete all of it.

When you use this feature, Google's handling of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, and you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Affpilot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11a. Blogger (Blogspot) Publishing

Affpilot can publish an article you wrote in Affpilot to a Blogger (Blogspot) blog you own. When you connect a blog you sign in with Google and give Affpilot one permission:

• Manage your Blogger account (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/blogger): Blogger offers no narrower permission — the same one covers reading and writing — so Affpilot uses it for three things only: to list your blogs so you can pick the right one, to read the titles, addresses and labels of your existing posts (never their contents) so a new article can link to them and reuse your own labels, and to create or update the posts you ask us to publish.

What we store. The sign-in keys Google gives us, encrypted before they are saved; the id and address of the blog you chose; and, for each article you publish, its title, status, schedule and the post id and link Blogger returns. We also keep a list of your posts’ titles and addresses so the next article can link to them. Nothing else from your Blogger account is stored.

What we never do. We do not read the contents of your existing posts, we do not delete anything, we do not touch comments, followers, templates or settings, and we never publish to a blog you did not connect yourself. Pictures inside an article are uploaded to our own image host, not to your Google account.

How we use it. Only to publish and schedule the articles you ask us to, and to show you their status. Information we receive from Blogger is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with AI providers or anyone else, and not used to train models.

How long we keep it, and how to remove it. Until you disconnect the blog or close your account.
