By creating an Affpilot account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Affpilot.

You refer to the individual or business using Affpilot, whether as a blogger, affiliate marketer, agency, or visitor. If you’re acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

1. About Affpilot

Affpilot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform hosted on cloud infrastructure, offering tools to generate and auto-publish SEO-friendly blog posts, affiliate product reviews, and more using AI.

• Blogger / User: You use Affpilot to generate blog content and publish it to your website(s).
• Agency / Team Owner: You use Affpilot for multiple sites or clients, potentially creating team accounts.
• Affiliate Marketer: You create content around affiliate products to drive commissions.
• Visitor: You explore our website and services without registering.

Affpilot LTD provides the platform and support but does not control or manage your websites, blog data, or earnings.

2. Account Terms

To use Affpilot, you must create an account.

• Registration: You must provide your name, email, business details (if applicable), and payment information.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account access. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Primary Email: All communications will be sent to your registered email address.
• Team Access: You may invite team members with restricted access. You’re responsible for their actions.
• Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current account and billing details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security or compliance reasons.

3. Subscriptions and Fees

Affpilot operates on a subscription basis.

• Fees: Based on your selected plan, you agree to pay recurring subscription charges and applicable add-on service fees.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Add-on services (e.g., extra credits, tools) may be billed separately.
• Payment Methods: Keep a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension. Continued failure may lead to account termination. If you don’t cancel before the renewal date, Affpilot will automatically charge your saved payment method and renew the subscription.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Refunds: Monthly and Yearly plans are non-refundable. Contact us at support@affpilot.com for your queries.
• Fee Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes in pricing.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content generated by Affpilot before publishing.
• Compliance: You must ensure your website, business, and content comply with applicable laws (e.g., copyright, GDPR, FTC affiliate disclosure).
• Content Review: Although AI generates the content, you must verify facts, accuracy, and compliance.
• Earnings & Sales: Affpilot is not responsible for any earnings, commissions, or business outcomes based on published content.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Affpilot lawfully and ethically. Do not:

• Generate or distribute harmful, false, illegal, or plagiarized content.
• Violate intellectual property laws.
• Misuse our platform to send spam, malware, or phishing links.
• Use bots or scripts to exploit the system.
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineer our systems.

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. User-Generated Content

Affpilot enables content generation via user input.

• License: You grant Affpilot LTD a non-exclusive license to process, host, and analyze input/output content for service delivery and improvement.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content published on your websites.
• Content Removal: We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

• Affpilot IP: All intellectual property rights in our software, design, branding, and algorithms belong to Affpilot LTD. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology without permission.
• User IP: You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. Affpilot only processes this content to deliver services to you.

8. Third-Party Services

Affpilot integrates with services like WordPress, Google Analytics, and Amazon.

• Use at Own Risk: We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for issues arising from their use.
• Data Sharing: These services may receive your data. You agree to their respective privacy policies and terms.
• Affiliate Programs: If you use affiliate links, ensure compliance with networks (e.g., Amazon Associates, Impact).

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your Responsibility: If you collect visitor or customer data through Affpilot-generated content, you must ensure legal compliance.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee: Affpilot is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee SEO results, affiliate earnings, or ranking improvements.
• Limitation: Affpilot LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business disruption.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Affpilot against any legal issues arising from your use or misuse of the platform.

11. Prohibited Use Cases

You may not use Affpilot to generate or promote content related to:

• Illegal products or services
• Hate speech, violence, or harassment
• Adult content or pornographic material
• Scams, misinformation, or misleading health/financial claims

Violation may lead to suspension or legal action.

12. Termination

• Your Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by emailing support@affpilot.com. You will be billed until the end of your current cycle.
• Our Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violations, fraud, or abusive behavior.
• Data Retention: After cancellation, we retain your data for a short period, then delete it permanently unless required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email or dashboard. Your continued use confirms acceptance.

14. General Legal Terms

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and Affpilot.
