Affpilot is a growing SaaS startup revolutionizing how content is created through AI. Our platform helps bloggers, affiliate marketers, and eCommerce brands write SEO-optimized product descriptions and blog content with ease. We’re expanding fast and now we need a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to fuel that growth.
Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who can take the lead of our marketing team and bring creativity , strategy and performance to our marketing efforts , help us scale even further . He or she will collaborate closely with our product development team and contribute to our projects.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for Affpilot (Organic + Paid).
- Build and manage our online presence — including website content, blog strategy, SEO, and social media.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to launch promotions, updates, and product features.
- Monitor analytics, measure performance, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Assist with email marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Explore and implement SaaS marketing strategies like LTD (lifetime deal) campaigns, AppSumo-style promotions, and lead funnels.
✅ Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (SaaS or Tech industry preferred).
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Mailchimp.
- Basic knowledge of AI, content automation, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate campaign ideas and engaging copy.
