Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-budget ad campaigns ($10,000+/month) on Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with 50-100+ successful campaigns.
• Expertise in multi-channel marketing funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and funnel advertising for optimized customer journeys.
• Skilled in tracking and analytics tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixel Setup, GA4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar for performance insights.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert, proficient in landing page alignment and resolving funnel bottlenecks for improved ad performance.
• Strong understanding of ad creative strategy, visual psychology, emotional triggers, and video ad formats (carousel, stories, reels, shorts).
• Audience targeting mastery with retargeting, lookalike audiences, behavioral targeting, and detailed audience segmentation.
• In-depth knowledge of key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV for campaign optimization.
• Proven success running ads for clients, services, or companies with measurable results.
