What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead the charge in growing AffPilot’s organic traffic, improving conversion rates, and driving sign-ups. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with expertise in SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and content performance. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility and user engagement.
• Analyze and improve on-site and off-site SEO factors.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including organic traffic, sign-ups, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content creators to align SEO strategies with content goals.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements to ensure optimal website performance.

Professional Skill Requirement and Experience

• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving conversion rates.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Experience in technical SEO, link building, and keyword research.
• Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and creating actionable insights.
• Understanding of web development basics and how they relate to SEO.

Financial Benefits

• Salary: 35,000–45,000 BDT/month (negotiable based on experience).
