What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who will take charge of our social media presence across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a social media marketing expert with a strong understanding of these channels, adept at creating and executing strategies to grow engagement, and skilled in Meta Ads for targeted outreach. If you’re proactive, creative, and ready to drive our online visibility, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow AffPilot’s presence on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create and schedule regular, high-quality posts to engage and attract our target audience.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across social platforms, including responding to comments.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve growth goals.
  • Design and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader company goals.

Professional Skill Requirement and Experience

  • Proven experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn profiles for brands.
  • Proficiency in running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling and engaging posts.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus.

Financial Benefits

  • Salary: 30,000–40,000 BDT/month (negotiable based on experience).
