Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support & Sales Executive (Female) with experience in the tech industry, especially in software or IT-related companies. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to convert leads into customers while providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
Sales Assistance: Engage with potential customers, explain the benefits of our products, and convert leads into sales.

Technical Support: Assist users with IT-related queries, troubleshooting, and product setup.
Client Onboarding: Help new customers get started with our platform and guide them through the onboarding process.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow-ups.

Community Engagement: Interact with our Facebook group members, address their concerns, and provide product recommendations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support within a software or IT company.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) – must be able to communicate professionally.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of IT-related tasks.
Smart, problem-solver, and proactive – able to handle customer concerns efficiently.
Experience with CRM tools, live chat, and email support is a plus.
